For applicants

Before you record anything, the form tells you exactly who receives your voice: the person who owns the form. Your recordings, transcripts, and answers go to them and to no one else. We don't run third-party analytics or trackers on application pages. The only usage data is first-party funnel counts (viewed, started, submitted) that help the owner improve their form.

We never store your raw IP address, only a salted hash used for rate limiting. If you ask the form owner to delete your application, deleting it hard-deletes the audio files, not just the database rows.

For form owners

Your applicants' recordings are yours. Audio is stored privately and served only to your authenticated session. Export your data as CSV anytime. If you leave, your data doesn't stay behind.

AI processing

Submissions are transcribed and scored by an AI provider (OpenAI in production). Audio is sent for transcription and text for analysis; results are stored with the submission. The score never auto-rejects anyone. A human always decides.
