Privacy
TypeVoice is operated by Warplabs. This notice explains how the service handles account data and candidate audition responses. It is not a substitute for the hiring organization's own privacy notice or legal obligations.
For candidates
Before you record, the audition should identify the hiring organization or reviewer receiving your response and explain the purpose. Your recording may be transcribed and processed to organize prompt-linked information for that reviewer. A human reviewer is responsible for verifying the underlying response and making every employment decision.
The hiring organization should provide a contact for questions, accommodation, or an other option assessment. TypeVoice does not use a candidate recording to make an employment decision on its own.
At the end of an audition, TypeVoice may collect your name and email so the hiring organization can identify and contact you. Application pages do not run third-party marketing analytics. First-party events such as viewed, started, and submitted may be recorded to operate and improve the form. Raw IP addresses are not stored; a salted hash may be used for rate limiting.
For account owners
TypeVoice stores your name, email, and a password hash. Candidate recordings are stored privately and served to authorized sessions. You are responsible for using the service lawfully, giving candidates appropriate notice, limiting access, setting a suitable retention period, responding to candidate requests, and providing an other option assessment where required.
Retention
Audio is kept for 90 days by default. An account owner may select 30, 90, or 365 days, or choose no automatic expiry. When audio expires, TypeVoice deletes the audio file and may retain the transcript until the related record is deleted. Deleting a submission or form deletes the associated audio objects.
The hiring organization's displayed notice should state the retention choice used for that audition.
Service providers
TypeVoice currently uses OpenAI and OpenRouter for transcription and response processing, Cloudflare R2 for audio storage, Railway for application and database hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for email delivery. Card data does not touch TypeVoice servers.
Deletion and requests
Email [email protected] to request deletion or ask a privacy question. TypeVoice will respond within 30 days. The hiring organization may also need to act on a request involving its audition records.
