TypeVoice is operated by Warplabs. The service collects voice or other permitted responses and organizes recordings, transcripts, and prompt-linked information for account owners. By using TypeVoice, you agree to the following terms.

Your content remains yours

Warplabs does not claim ownership of your forms, recordings, transcripts, or reviewer notes. Warplabs processes them to provide and secure the service.

You are responsible for the hiring process

You must use job-related prompts and review criteria, provide required notices, limit access, provide accommodation or an other option assessment where required, and comply with applicable employment, privacy, and records laws.

A human makes every decision

TypeVoice may generate transcripts, summaries, excerpts, or other review support. These outputs may be incomplete or wrong. You must verify the underlying response, may disregard generated output, and remain solely responsible for every employment decision.

Prohibited uses

Do not use TypeVoice to infer protected or sensitive characteristics from a voice, to make an employment decision without meaningful human review, to collect responses for an undisclosed purpose, or to conduct unlawful or abusive activity.

Candidate notice and purpose

TypeVoice can display who receives a response and why. You must ensure that the notice is accurate and use candidate data only for the stated, lawful purpose.

Billing

The public plan is $149 per month in USD and includes 100 completed responses per month. The 14-day no-card trial covers one live role and up to 10 completed responses. The plan is month-to-month. You may cancel through the billing portal. Candidates who already started may finish after a limit is reached, subject to the service's current enforcement.

Retention and deletion

Audio retention can be set to 30, 90, or 365 days, or without automatic expiry, with 90 days as the default. When audio expires, the file is deleted and the transcript may remain. Deleting a submission or form deletes the associated audio objects. See the Privacy notice for details.

Service availability

TypeVoice is early-stage software provided on an as-available basis. Warplabs works to protect data and maintain the service but does not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular hiring result.
